Google.org Awards $100,000 Grant to MVEF for Science Enrichment Programs in 2024

Google.org, Google’s philanthropic arm, has awarded a $100k grant to MVEF to support science enrichment programs for TK-8 students in MVWSD.

MVEF, the primary non-public funding source for MVWSD's eleven TK-8 schools, plays a crucial role in ensuring students receive high-quality educational experiences. Sraddha Shukla, Board Chair of MVEF, expressed gratitude on behalf of the organization, stating, "We are grateful for this generous grant from Google.org, which will greatly enhance student learning in the Mountain View Whisman School District. With this grant, along with the ongoing support from our MVEF donors, we can ensure that every student in our diverse district has access to innovative educational programs."
