Volunteer Roles

Your paragraph text (12)_edited.jpg

Volunteers are partners who help make schools great!

MVEF volunteers make a difference for all of our students. Although MVEF raises funds to provide educational programs within local public schools, it does not directly provide those programs.

MVEF primarily needs volunteers to help with communication and outreach into their local school communities and neighborhoods so that more people understand what MVEF is
and why it exists. Volunteers inspire donors by describing the impact of MVEF donations, and by helping MVEF find new ways to reach new donors!

How do PTAs and MVEF work together?
PTAs engage families to complement a specific
school's unique needs. MVEF supports the needs that are shared across the entire district to provide programs and staff that develop a consistently strong student experience.
When PTAs and MVEF work together in partnership with schools, every MVWSD graduate enters high school prepared to grow and succeed.
