On Saturday, April 29, the Mountain View Educational Foundation will hold its 2023 Annual Gala at Michael's at Shoreline. This year’s theme is “Colors,” which recognizes how generosity enhances the rainbow of diversity in our public schools. Each student is a unique and emerging work of art, and MVEF funding ensures that every student in MVWSD has access to develop the skills necessary to express their emerging gifts and achieve their personal potential.

In 2021-22 MVEF took the bold step to extend its funding beyond art, music, science, and sports to include adding opportunities for differentiation in the classroom by reducing class sizes in ELA. We hope to raise $100,000 toward our total year-end fundraising goal of $1.2MM through the community’s enthusiastic participation, repeating this stretch goal to continue funding the new teaching positions and the existing MVEF-funded programs.
