MVEF is Hiring: Data & Operations Manager (Part-Time)

The Mountain View Educational Foundation (MVEF) is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Data & Operations Manager to join our team starting September 2025!

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to support our Executive Director and fundraising work.

This role involves:

• Maintaining our donor database

• Assisting with donor communications

• Generating basic reports

• Helping with day to day operations, events and campaign logistics, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has strong attention to detail and administrative and/ or database experience

• Is comfortable using Google Workspace & learning new tools

• Cares about public education and community impact
