Below are the two menu choices for delivery of appetizers for two people.

Option 1 - This menu serves two people and combines both meat and veggie options:

1. Organic Tostadas with black bean cream foam, Mexican basil and honey carnitas    

2. Peruvian style Chicken Skewers with dipping sauce

3. Veggie Tostada with Seasonal Roasted Veggies (sweet potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrot) and grill roasted tomato-cilantro crema 

4. Mexican Street Corn Salad: Warm salad with queso fresco, mayonnaise and chili powder

5. Mexican Bruschetta with Nopalitos

6. Vegetarian Coconut Ceviche served in a coconut

Option 2 - This Vegetarian Only menu serves two people:

​

1. Veggie Tostada with Seasonal Roasted Veggies (sweet potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrot) and grilled, roasted tomato-cilantro crema 

2. Mexican Street Corn Salad: Warm salad with queso fresco, mayonnaise and chili powder

3. Mexican Bruschetta with Nopalitos

4. Vegetarian Coconut Ceviche served in a coconut

5. Watermelon Cubes with mint agave, black sesame seeds, chili and lime 

6. Spinach Veggie Pinwheels with grilled roasted bell pepper spread, queso fresco, and spring mix

Also, with your appetizers, there is a choice of Paloma cocktails, red wine, white wine or sparkling wine.
